As a mortgage industry veteran of two decades, I have worked with the biggest titans in the mortgage industry and have also rolled up my sleeves and started on the ground floor with a start up. Working in both sales and operations, I’ve learned best practices that I have cultivated into designing a customer centric mortgage company that keeps the customer’s needs first and foremost.

I founded Thrive after learning over the years what a good mortgage company does and does not do. Every decision that is made will have a direct impact on not only the company, but most importantly the customers is it there to serve. With that, I place my focus on building a culture that is committed to serving our customers by offering competitive rates and costs, high levels of transparent communication, and a commitment to doing what’s right.
